Birthday, Thanksgiving and Getting ready for Christmas

Meg, Sarah and Kambry, pilgrims and Indians
Thanksgiving Turkeys
Sarah turned 2 on Thanksgiving this year. We had a Care Bear themed party, complete with a rainbow arch.

Getting ready for Thanksgiving with Grammy Pammy.
Baby dolls were the gift of choice for this little mommy, she was in heaven with each one.
If you asked Sarah what she wanted for her Birthday, she would have told you a BINKY, it was a sad day and now the Binky is officially gone. Don't get me wrong she spent 3 hours crying over not having one today, but we're working on it.
Uhhhh get off the I Phone you addict, and sing. There are 3 candles on this cake, Sarah really only turned 2, but who's counting.
Macey and Megan, getting ready to dance at the November fest.

Here is Sarah's Birthday Dinner. I made the cupcakes, they were "Dreamsicle" flavored.

Poor kid doesn't like her picture taken.

The kids broke 2 of my glass ornaments this year. That leaves me with 3 left. They are gradually being replaced by the ugly shatter proof ones.
This guy is porcelain, I can't believe he survives year after year, but he does.
I put this tree up while the girls were sleeping. It's just easier that way, I did leave off 2 ornaments for the girls to hang in the morning. They are the 2 little dolls that are front and center. Megan and Sarah decided that they would hang their dolls side by side, "like sisters."
This is the Christmas elf. Meg and I had a conversation about him. Megan thinks that he is a MAGICAL elf and can come to life. Who am I to squash her imagination? I went along with her idea, in fact I elaborated, this little elf is always watching and reports back to Santa, so you had better be good.

Halloween and other stuff!

Playing in the leaves.

This is one of our favorite indoor activities. We turn the couch into "Dog Houses" and I adopt puppies from the pound. They could play this game for hours.
Happy Halloween.

Here is our Trick-or-Treat loot. We made out like bandits. Thanks for the jammas grandma!
The first snow of the season took us off guard. Look at the trees, the leaves haven't even changed, let alone fallen off.

Play Doh, finally Sarah can participate, until this month whenever we got the Doh out she'd just eat it like candy...ewwww
Sarah and her makeup application skills.
This is Meg dressed as an Indian, no that isn't the politically correct term but when your preschool teacher has a dozen songs about Thanksgiving, pilgrims and indians, the term "Native American" doesn't substitute too well, and she looks adoreable.
Some friends of ours were cleaning out their garage and had this mini snowmobile that they were getting rid of. Wes got it running on Saturday and the girls had a great time.
Thanks for visiting.
