Getting ready for Preschool!

In my last post I was kinda upset and really needed to spend some money because that always makes any woman feel better. I spent the rest of the night shopping online. It was delightful. the kids were asleep, and I could browse for hours. Granted I didn't get to comb through the racks at TJ MAXX or ROSS, my favorite stores for those unique outfits, I was mostly using the ever popular sites of Old Navy, Crazy 8 and the Children's Place, but I got some great things, and Carters had a 20% sale going on! Fast forward 8 days and viola! New school clothes! Megan and Sarah were so involved in opening the boxes that they even gave me a fall fashion preview!
Check out the modeling!
She is playing the guitar on her shirt.

Sarah's idea of fashion is the denim jacket, hello Kitty Mary Jane's and a Snow Hat. I had to wrestle those items off later. Notice the Tie Dye, that is Meg's own handy work.
This is a camping trip up Temple Peak, yeah they killed a bear here about a year ago. Thank goodness we didn't see any this trip. For our camping project we Tie Dyed! Sarah is drying out her T-shirt.
OOH the pretty colors.
We went on a ranger ride and look how beautiful the flowers are.

Sarah is holding on to Tess, so she doesn't fall out.
This is one of our many back yard pool parties. It never fails to amaze me how much fun kids have in the water.
Yup, Sarah is swimming naked, she refused to put on a swimsuit, I bet you wish you looked that good naked.
Look at what a good big sis Megan is. I just sat in a lounge chair and worked on my tan.
We went to Bear Lake twice last month, first with Grandma Irene and then with Grandma Pammy. Sweet Sarah just cuddled up and fell asleep.
Meg spent the day making sand angels, and at one point she was buried up to her neck in sand.
This is our favorite summer fun spot, The Logan Aquatic Center, Not really sure about this facial expression, I think she was sad over the spilled snow cone.
Poor girl has to wear swim pants, swim diapers and then a swim suit, she would probably prefer to be naked.
Our favorite FREE hang out! The splash pad in Providence. What a fun time. This was a totally free day for us. We played at the splash pad and park and went to Casper's for Ice Cream cones. We arrived at the ice cream parlor at about the same time as and older gentleman, we ordered our ice cream and as I went to hand my debit card to the scooper the man asked if he could buy our treats for us. I have no idea such nice people still existed, I have have yet to pay this good deed forward, but I promise I will.

Finally I have come up with a reason for Dr. Planned Parenthood for us to avoid the "vasectomy" at this time. We are already using a very effective form of Birth Control. It's called abstinence. In fact, studies have shown that this is the only 100% effective means of pregnancy prevention out there. Here's the deal, Wes and I have a great relationship. We just have a scheduling conflict. I work nights, he works days, there's a 45 minute window in the mornings when we see each other. I personally would really spend that time sleeping before those 2 little angles, who prompted Dr. PP to suggest that other thing, wake up. Also every morning look what crawls into my bed, today there were 2 of them, but Sarah really wanted me to hold her, while I took the picture.
